A one-of-a-kind hand-built ceramic ashtray shaped like a little sombrero, finished in a glossy dark glaze. A quirky, characterful piece — also a fun catchall for coins, clips, and trinkets.
Slight variations in shape, glaze, and brushwork are the nature of handmade work.
Care
Each piece is shaped and finished by hand, so small variations are part of its character. Hand-wash with a soft cloth and avoid sudden temperature changes. Handle with care: edges can chip.
How it's made
Shaped by hand — thrown on the wheel or built by hand, one piece at a time. Finished by hand — glazed, painted or left raw. Fired in Maria's own kiln.
